Today, perhaps more than any other moment in history, it’s crucial that you get your hands on the knowledge you need to take radical responsibility for your own health and well-being…physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Why?
Because our modern healthcare system, while it’s great for patching you up after a fall or removing your about-to-burst appendix, just doesn’t measure up when it comes to helping you produce robust health, generate abundant energy, reach and maintain a healthy weight, cultivate a strong, responsive immune system and develop a clear, sharp mind capable of intense focus and creative problem-solving.
You see, as shocking as it may seem, our healthcare system is not really about health…it’s about disease, whether that’s preventing cancer by promoting regular screenings or treating you with a pharmaceutical compound after you have become ill. Now make no mistake, these are good things, as far as they go. But these efforts are only barely scratching the surface. In some cases, they may actually make things worse.
This is why, in spite of all the advances and scientific breakthroughs in healthcare, and more people enrolled in gym memberships and virtual cycling classes than ever before, we are living in a world where there is an absolute epidemic of diseases such as obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes…diseases that reach across every race, gender, age and income bracket to rob people of their vitality, their independence, their happiness and in many cases, their very lives.
Now of course, I’m certainly not advising you to abandon your doctor or to quit getting regular checkups…far from it. But there is SO much more you can do for your health than what your physician is likely telling you. And I can summarize this in just three little words.
I’ll let you in on those three words in a minute, but first of all…

The proof is in the pictures! Dr. Ellen Britt practiced as a PA in Emergency and Occupational Medicine for over two decades and also holds a doctorate (an Ed.D..) in biology. You can believe she did her research and homework before she began IF. The science is sound and everyday research results supporting IF are pouring in from research labs.

“The Challenge has absolutely changed my life and I wasn’t expecting that! I had become pre-diabetic and was on the verge of having to go on insulin. During the Challenge, I received daily guidance, got my questions answered, and felt so supported. Every day, there was some difference in my body that ratified my decision. My blood results were so dramatically changed when I went to my appointment with a new doctor who saw my old lab work, he thought he had me confused with someone else!”
“The Fast Factor 10-day Challenge exceeded my expectations. Although I had a lot of previous experience with IF, the challenge helped me to renew my commitment and also refine my understanding. Having the group dynamic added an extra layer of support. Thank you, Denise and Ellen!”
“Joining the 10 Day Fast Factor Challenge was the springboard for me to dive into this way of life! It was the beginning of 2020 and while many people found the year of COVID challenging for eating well, it was an excellent way for me to get and stay on the track of healthy eating. I advise you to make the leap and connect with this group of supportive people!”
”Back in March 2020, I joined the 10 Day Intermittent Fasting Challenge and learned, to my surprise, that intermittent fasting had absolutely nothing to do with a diet! The Challenge is based on science and facts with the idea being to schedule a period of the day when you are eating, no matter what you are eating. That sold me on the concept! This life-changing Challenge is so much more than just about intermittent fasting because as you go through it, you begin to see yourself as a healthy person, perhaps for the first time. Yes, you lose weight, which might be the main reason you joined, but beyond that, I had the opportunity to shift my focus on not just extending my years, but increasing my vibrant healthy life span.”
“On July 8th, 2019, I received an invitation to join an Intermittent Fasting Challenge. I was an uncontrolled junk food addict, exercise adverse Type 2 Diabetic with high blood pressure and arthritis. As a Type 2 Diabetic, I thought I had to eat frequently, all day. I joined the two-week IF challenge desperately wanting to lose weight. On day three, the arthritis and inflammation were less painful, I slept better than I ever had before, and I felt like I had more energy. Week two I started to release weight and crave vegetables.
Within a year I earned my Fast Factor IF Coaching certificate, and 16 months later, I’ve now released 85 pounds, exercise daily, decreased half my blood pressure and half my diabetes meds with the goal of getting off these meds completely. My Optometrist (to his immense surprise!) says my eyes show no signs of diabetes anymore. My stress-free IF practice led me to retire from my lifelong career five years earlier than planned so that I can exercise daily, spend more time furthering my healthy IF journey, and assist others with their IF practice. I was truly Blessed the day intermittent fasting found me!”
