AI-Friendly FAQ Workshop

Wednesday, July 15, 2026
9 am PT/ 12 pm ET

Create a website FAQ page that
helps clients and AI tools understand what you do.
Your best clients already have questions before they hire you.

They want to know how your work helps, who it’s for, what the process looks like, what to expect, and whether they’re making the right decision.

AI tools need clear answers too. When your website explains your work in plain language, it becomes easier for people and AI tools to understand what you do, who you help, and why your expertise matters.

That’s what we’ll work on together in the hands-on AI-Friendly FAQ Workshop.

In 2 hours, you’ll create one focused FAQ set for your website.

This is not a lecture where you leave with more notes and another task for later.

You’ll spend most of the time working. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a draft FAQ section with client-based questions, clear answers, and a simple structure you can add to your website.
Why an FAQ page matters now

Most solo business owners have the answers in their head.

You answer the same questions on calls, in emails, in DMs, and during sales conversations.

But if those answers are not on your website, they are harder for clients to find. They are also harder for AI tools to understand and reference.

A strong FAQ page can help you:

  • Explain your services more clearly
  • Answer common client questions before a sales conversation
  • Show your reasoning and experience
  • Make your website more useful
  • Give AI tools clearer context about your work
  • Create content you can reuse in posts, emails, and sales pages

This is one of the simplest ways to make your expertise easier to find and easier to trust.

  What we’ll cover

During the workshop, you’ll learn how to turn real client questions into clear website content.

 We’ll work through:
  • How to choose the right FAQ topic
  • How to identify questions worth answering first
  • How to write questions the way clients ask them
  • How to draft short, useful answers
  • How to add your reasoning and point of view
  • How to include nuance without overexplaining
  • How to decide where your FAQ belongs on your website

You’ll also get prompts to help you generate, sort, draft, and refine your FAQ answers during the workshop.

In this workshop, she’ll guide you step by step so you leave with FAQ content you can use, not just notes you’ll sort through later.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need to understand AI search or SEO to attend?
No. This workshop is designed for solo business owners who want a practical starting point. I’ll explain the basic concept, then guide you through the steps so you can create one useful FAQ set for your website.
  • What will I leave with?
You’ll leave with one focused FAQ topic, 3–5 strong client-based questions, drafted answers, and a simple plan for where to add them on your website. This is a system you can duplicate over and over.
  • Do I need to have a website already?
It helps, but it’s not required. You can still draft your FAQ content during the workshop and add it to your website later. You can also use the content on a service page, sales page, newsletter landing page, blog post, or client resource page.
  • Will this help ChatGPT and other LLMs cite my content?
No one can guarantee that an AI tool will cite or reference your content. What this workshop will help you do is make your website content clearer, more specific, and easier for both clients and AI tools to understand.
  • Is this a training or a working session?
Both, but most of the time will be spent working. I’ll explain the process first, then you’ll use guided prompts to choose your questions, draft your answers, and shape them into a website-ready FAQ section.

Before working with Denise, I struggled to take action on updating my LinkedIn profile to better align with my redefined target client. Thanks to the Get It Done VIP Day, I've posted something I'm proud of. Denise's wise words about taking action, knowing I can refine my messaging later based on feedback, have been incredibly helpful. I now know I can be focused and determined, when I have support and accountability.
